Justin Camara joined Aspen in January of 2010 as a founding member of the Professional Liability department. Justin is now the Executive Vice President and Portfolio Director of FinPro. Currently based in San Francisco, Justin has over 28 years of experience dedicated to underwriting these segments. Justin’s previous work history includes opening the professional liability operations for Tamarack American (a division of Great American Insurance Co.) and Liberty International Underwriters (a division of Liberty Mutual Group) in San Francisco. Justin began his career with AIG, underwriting professional liability in New York.
Chad is a seasoned insurance professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Over the last 10 years, he has specialized in professional lines underwriting and product development with a unique focus on the dental profession. Since 2014, he has served in various leadership capacities devoted to delivering a best-in-class underwriting and customer experience to stakeholders throughout the dental community.

Dr. Rizkalla was the President of the Northern Virginia Dental Society (NVDS) and also represented Northern Virginia for many years as a member of the Executive Board of the Virginia Dental Association (VDA). In 2013, Dr. Rizkalla was appointed to the Virginia Board of Dentistry, and in 2016 he was elected President of the Board.
